Polyurethane
Screening Media

Polyurethane systems and mats, in many cases, increase screen wear life, especially in wet conditions. Polyurethane's high abrasion resistance also reduces application noise. Whether you want to convert your crown deck to screen with a modular system or stay with a tensioned system, TWG supplies the right polyurethane solution for your needs.

Westdeck: A favorite of many older systems, Westdeck features the Westlock pin system and Clearflow support frame for increased performance. Westdeck systems are compatable with Powerdeck systems, allowing for mixed poly and rubber decks.

WestX: WestX is a new and revolutionary modular system that combines many benefits of the Westrail system with higher open area for situations where production is crucial. Westvibe/Westflex: These tensioned poly systems feature tapered holes to reduce plugging and blinding. Reinforced with high-tensile cable, Westvibe and Westflex are avaialble in multiple sizes and thicknesses.

Rubber Screening Media

TWG features high-quality all natural rubber for high abrasion resistance, for use in high-impact dry conditions.

Z-slots: Available in 3 configurations, Z-slot woven wire screens offer faster screening, reduced blinding and pegging, with no deck modifications required. When ordering, make sure to include specific crown bar locations; standardized shot locations decrease wear life and screening efficiency.
